About Me

Welcome to my website!

I have been in the fitness industry since 1994, predominately teaching fitness classes,

after I decided to hang up my dance shoes and concentrate  on my fitness career.

I pride myself on building & maintaining relationships with my clients to ensure they have

variety, consistency and most importantly, fun!

I have developed a range of classes to fit the specific needs of my clients, including personal training.
Whether you prefer group or 1:1 training, take a look at what I offer and sign up for a session today.

Monday - HIIT & Core

The Village, Caterham

A 55 minute minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) class, that is guaranteed to take your cardio workout to the next level & push you out of your comfort zone.

Short busts of intense exercises, with a short recovery time.

Class ends, with stomach exercises.

*Mat required

6.00-7.00pm

A 1 hr class, incorporating 20 mins of different elements.

Toning, HIIT & Old Skool Aerobics 

*Mat required

*Weights optional

6.30-7.30pm

Wednesday - Total Body

Tandridge Leisure Pool, Oxted

A 1 hr cardio & toning class,

working the heart, legs, arms & abs.

*Mat required

7.15-8.10pm

Thursday - Fitness Pilates Course
Online

A 6 week, 55 minute Fitness Pilates class, that will increase muscular balance & strength, improve your posture, enable you to function optimally & improve your core & back strength.
*Class finishes with 10 mins of relaxation. 
*Mat required
*Not suitable for individuals with  diagnosed back issues or those with a complicated pregnancy.

Saturday - HIIT & Core
